Our Return Policy
Your experience with CannaTrust is important to us. We absolutely stand behind our hemp extract quality and offer a 365-Day Quality Guarantee. If at any time within 365 days you find the quality does not meet your expectations, just get in touch with support support@cannatrust.life. To assist in this we create an RMA ticket and will issue you a USPS shipping label. This is to allow us to perform our quality assurance tests and is why we require that the unused portion of the product is returned.

90 Day Trial offer
What does this mean? Well, we’re happy to provide the opportunity for everyone to try our hemp extracts without risking their financial health. If you find that for any reason our products are not for you, just get in touch with customer support within 90 days support@cannatrust.life for a full refund. Because of the generosity and open nature of this offer, customers who take advantage of a trial offer refund will not be eligible for further purchases from our website. Our 90 Day Trial offer is limited to a single bottle, so if you are unsure about your purchase we encourage you to start with a single bottle. In the event that you order more than one bottle and would like a refund, the most expensive bottle will be refunded.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost after we ship it, which does occasionally occur, CannaTrust will not be responsible if the tracking information lists the order as “delivered,” which means USPS or the courier service delivered the product to the address specified. If the package is sent to an address other than the one you specified, upon return of the original package to CannaTrust, CannaTrust will reship the order. Please note that CannaTrust is not responsible for errors of USPS or courier services, or if you provide or confirm an incorrect address. It, therefore, is very important that you ensure that the address you give to us is exactly correct, as any mistake could delay delivery and will entail extra expense to you. If you place an order by phone, we will read the delivery address (and other information you provide) aloud and repeat it to you, to help you be sure it is correct.
Product Defects
We allow three days from the date of delivery to notify us if there is any type of defect with a product. If we aren’t notified of defects within the three day grace period, it is understood that the package and products were in good condition upon delivery.
